We are the largest rental and management firm in the Monadnock Region. Kevin Hampsey and Michael Grenier, Hampsey & Grenier Associates, LLC "TheRentalGuys.com", are both professionally licensed realtors. We are located at 371 Main St., in the heart of the heart of historic old Jaffrey Center, New Hampshire.

Kevin Hampsey and Michael Grenier have been serving the Monadnock Region for over 15 years. Kevin is also a certified Notary.
Kevin Hampsey
A native of Jaffrey, graduate of Brewster Academy, and Johnson & Wales University, and a licensed realtor, Kevin is one of the original founding members of Jaffrey's Main Street Program. He's also a member of the Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce and the Jaffrery Rindge Rotary Club, and has served proudly as a distinguished member of both the the Jaffrey Planning Board and Jaffrey Economic Development Council. He recently completed a specialized course in Commercial Lease Analysis at Boston University.
Mike Grenier
Also a native of Jaffrey and a licensed broker, Mike attended Keene State College. A Navy veteran and former partner in Congress Realty Group, Mike continually strives to improve his professional standing. He has recently completed courses in Real Estate Marketing and Management, Real World Site Management, and Real Estate Appraisal and Principles.
Christine Lavery
A licensed realtor with a flair for interior design, Christine is the resident home staging expert. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Northeastern University and her background includes solid experience in both finance and mortgage banking from positions with Bank of Boston and Shawmut Corporation.

Current News
Hampsey & Grenier Associates, LLC take great pride in being active community members. Over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays Hampsey & Grenier Associates, LLC donated over 50 turkeys to local charities. Kevin and Mike started and continue to run the "Adopt A Highway Program". This program takes the time to make sure New Hampshire's local highways remain clean and surrounding areas pristine.

Kevin Hampsey of Hampsey and Grenier Associates, LLC, has completed a Real Estate Appraisal and Principles course from Boston University and is currently studying for his brokers license. The course offers comprehensive coverage of all concepts and principles of property appraising. Kevin is also a certified Notary.
Completed Month Long Course
Kevin Hampsey of Hampsey and Grenier Associates, LLC recently completed a month-long course in commercial lease analysis at Boston University. The course provided an in-depth business analysis of a commercial lease and leasing commercial space, understanding the objectives of a landlord and tenant relationship, environmental issues, tenant renewal, sublease and assignment.
Real World Site Management Course
Kevin and Michael completed a 100 hour course given by Real World Site Management. The course included information on maximizing a property's bottom line, how to contain costs and operate more efficiently, marketing more aggressively, building teamwork, improving communications, managing risk, preventing loss, and enhancing professionalism.
Hampsey, Grenier Study Property Management
Kevin Hampsey and Michael Grenier of Hampsey & Grenier Associates, LLC have completed a property management course offered by Boston University, Fundamentals of Real Estate Management.
This course includes real estate economics, management planning, record keeping, marketing, legal aspects, maintenance, and tenant administration.

Town of Jaffrey Proclamation(s)
In March of 2002 Kevin received a certificate proclamation from the town of Jaffrey for his distinction of service for four years as a member of the Planning Board. The proclamation goes on to state:
"Now, therefore, be it resolved and proclaimed in Town Meeting convened March 16, 2002, that the
Town of Jaffrey wishes to express our thanks and sincere gratitude and that this expression of our
thanks be made a part of the official record of this meeting."
On March 16, 2002, it was also proclaimed by the Town of Jaffrey honoring Kevin's distinction for four years as a member of the Ecomomic Development Council.

Hampsey & Grenier Associates, LLC, better known as "The Rental Guys" would like to introduce Christine P. Lavery as their new Home Sales & Design professional who will be heading up all aspects of the Home Sales & Design office.
A 15 year resident of Peterborough, she is a licensed real estate sales professional who will also be offering an expertise in interior design and design enhancements. This will include a unique concept called "staging" to homeowners who wish to sell their home. This is a process that creates a more saleable atmosphere within their home to expedite the sale with little or no additional investment.
She also brings to the office a background in finance and mortgage banking from the Bank of Boston Corporation and Shawmut Corporation having earned a BS degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
